1. If you have a problem with a device check the following list before contacting us
2. Make sure the device is connected to the internet
3. Check if the device has the latest application version that your server contains
4. Try to unassign the content from the device, clear the cache, and reassign the content to ensure nothing is stuck on the device
5. If you have problems with our website check the following list before contacting us
6. Make sure that you use a supported browser that is up to date. Supported browsers
7. Try to force refresh the website (ctrl+F5)

Now if everything is fine on your side but the problem still occurs, email our support team at support@wallboard.infoPlease try to describe your problem as precisely as you can. Every little piece of information can help us detect the problem.When you contact us about a problem we will first ask for some default information. If you send us this information in your first email your problem can be solved much faster.

4. The editor domain you are using (f.e. https://editor.wallboard.info)
5. If the device can be found on an offline server we will also ask for
6. The application version the device has
7. A complete log file from the device
8. We can also use information about the model of the device if it is rooted or not, locked or not, connected by Ethernet or WiFi, and the WebView version
9. It is also great if you can export out the content and send it to us
10. If you have a problem with our website, we will ask for
11. The name and version of the browser you use
12. The editor domain you are using (f.e. https://editor.wallboard.info)
