At least a 4-core CPU, 16 GB RAM, and 250 GB SSD storage. More capacity is required for backups and logs.

What are the network requirements for installation and operation?

A gigabit network connection is needed. Open inbound ports: 80, 443 (TCP), 123 (UDP).

Is the on-premise system containerized?

Yes, the server application runs in Docker containers with local firewall configuration guidance available.

How is security managed in the on-premise environment?

Role-based access control, TLS encryption, strong password policies, optional MFA, and account lockout policies are enforced

What is required for software updates and third-party integrations?

Egress access is needed for Docker, GitHub, Terraform, and services like Microsoft and Google APIs.

What logging and monitoring options are available?

Wallboard supports real-time monitoring and logging using Grafana/Loki (default), or optionally ELK stack. These logs can be found within your Wallboard portal's UI.
